FF Tisa Sans. FF Tisa Sans is a humanist sans-serif typeface designed by Mitja Miklavčič in 2011. It was created as the sans companion to the popular serif FF Tisa.The design features a large x-height, open apertures, low stroke contrast and true italics, which makes it excel as a text face. The FF Tisa Sans character set contains the same range of characters and typographic features as the original FF Tisa. Since FF Tisa Sans should prove quite suitable for signage and information design projects, Miklavcic included a range of specially designed arrows in that family, but these can combine equally well with text set in FF Tisa.
