Plug the device in
If you see the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the notification area at the far right of the taskbar, you can use this to ensure that devices have finished all operations in progress and are ready to remove. Click the icon and you'll see a list of devices. Click the device you want to remove.
Reboot the computer
Plug the device in again. Is it now detected?
In Device Manager click the + next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers
Is the Root Hub displaying an exclamation point (!) in a yellow circle?
Verify that the BIOS is assigning an interrupt request (IRQ) to the root USB controller. This is required for the device driver to be loaded. (note: usually IRQ 9 is assigned)
Remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:
Open Device Manager
Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
Restart the computer, and then reinstall the USB controllers.
Plug in the removable USB storage device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.

I have had these headphones for around 8-12 months, I'm not entirely sure how long I have had them. The problem I have at the moment is that one of the earphones has become loose (so it's not really worth wearing on your head if one of the earphones is dangling at the side). I've researched the Logitech website about warranty and getting in contact with them, the problem I have is that they ask for M/N (Model Number), PID or S/N and P/N (Part Number).
I've looked around for answers for where these can be found but I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify where I can find these/what they are as the answers given on the Logitech website are vague.
